Your Work Environment

 The job holder would be in Aldeanueva de Ebro, La Rioja, Spain. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated 3PC Production Manager to join our team.

Your Mission

Lead the 3PC Can lines team, allocating tasks and driving plan and target achievement to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

Optimize plant operational performance by guaranteeing continuous production of required quantities, on time, within quality standards, while maintaining equipment, facilities, and a safe work environment.

Implement World Class Performance techniques, including SMED & Lean Manufacturing, to foster continuous improvement through plant-based teams and visible performance management tools.

Develop and manage budgets, support maintenance management, and drive innovation/improvement projects.

Ensure managers and employees understand and fulfill their safety responsibilities, achieving all health, safety, and environmental standards.

Demonstrate strong leadership, recognizing and motivating team efforts and achievements.

Deliver shift performance that meets business objectives and manufacturing targets, including costs, spoilage, efficiency, and consumption management.

Ensure scheduled machine maintenance is completed fully, to a high standard, and according to maintenance schedules.

Provide comprehensive shift handover reports to the line manager, detailing performance-impacting issues.

About you

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Experienced in industrial optimization tools and process development

• Experience in international manufacturing environments
• Responsible, Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team work and communications Skills
