HRIS Analyst

About this opportunity

We are looking for a HR Information Systems (Senior) Analyst to work within our Corporate Europe HR Team, reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager. This role will be preferably based in our attractive office in Saint-Ouen, Paris (close to RER C station).

The main responsibilities will focus on the administration, user support and training on Success Factors, as well as the deployment of ongoing and new projects. You will provide support and expertise to all HR Managers of different seniority levels within our organisation (44 plants, 4 Businesses and corporate functions within 19 countries in Europe and Africa). You will play an essential role within the HR team to build new HR processes and continue the HR transformation of the group.

Your missions

-Single Point of Contact for all HR users of Success Factors (current modules: Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance management, Recruitment) and pre-existing HR applications

-Key contact for internal stakeholders including senior leadership

-Control the accuracy of data by coordinating HR effort across all countries

-Manage improvement requests together with our external technical partner

-Lead ongoing and new implementation projects

-Deliver training and enable change with an efficient communication

-Prepare HR and compensation data reports and analyses

-Possibility to be involved in Compensation and Benefits matters for Eviosys global

About you

The successful candidate has a Master’s degree in HR or IT, with ideally 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including international project management within a complex environment, or as a consultant of a major consulting firm in the field of HRIS.

With a continuous improvement mind-set, you are strong at controlling and reporting information accurately. You are rigorous and IT literate, you have a sound knowledge of Excel, macros, pivot tables and a working experience on Success Factors is a mandatory.

You demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills and are able to communicate at all levels of the organisation. Fluent in English, French language would be an advantage, another European language a plus.
