Job Overview
To support our ongoing need to attract and hire exceptional talent, we are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Saint Ouen. 
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and delivering an effective recruitment process for all businesses within our European Tinplate division. 
You will provide essential services and support for sourcing candidates, manage our recruitment system (ATS), and oversee various recruitment channels as per an agreed media/communication plan. 
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment projects and coordinating our internal Talent Development Programs across different locations and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management: Organize and oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure it is efficient and effective for all European Tinplate businesses.
Candidate Sourcing: Provide support and services for sourcing both internal and external candidates, leveraging various recruitment channels and social media platforms.
ATS Management: Effectively manage our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors/ Workday) and other online assessment tools to streamline the recruitment process.
Recruitment Projects: Actively support recruitment projects, such as new or expanding operations, to ensure they are staffed with top talent.
Talent Development Programs: Coordinate and support our internal Talent Development Programs across different locations and businesses.
Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effectively utilizing social media to attract top talent.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring all processes are well-documented and compliant with company standards.

Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5/6 years of experience in international recruitment, with a strong interest in the manufacturing industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and strong interviewing capabilities.
Personal Attributes: Outgoing, proactive, and structured in your approach. Comfortable with administrative tasks and proficient in using applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors / Workday) and other online assessment tools.
Social media: Highly comfortable with using social media platforms to attract and engage with candidates.
Creativity: Creative and able to think outside the box, with a passion for the recruitment profession.
Professionalism: A brand ambassador who can represent the company positively and professionally.
