I have been with Eviosys for 10 years. My responsibility is to find and negotiate the best sourcing deals for the company that meet diverse expectations of the stakeholders. At work, building a network that will help and support you to navigate through changes is key for success. At Eviosys, the workforce provides a diverse environment, which is essential and of great value.

I joined in 2005, and since then I have had many opportunities to grow, thanks to trainings and international assignment in UK as part of VIE Program. Tradition, flexibility, and close-knit family atmosphere are the main pillars of the culture which ensure long term commitment. Eviosys and Nagykoros site are a stable support for professional development.

I joined the company in 2011 at 28. Over the years, I grew within the company, changing roles and relocating from Switzerland to Italy. I gained organizational, presentation, and reporting skills, attending various trainings. The international work environment allows me to communicate in multiple languages. I recently transitioned to the sales team, focusing on improving customer service and representing us at international events. Eviosys’s reputation and history in the metal packaging market make it an honour to work here. I've consistently found opportunities for personal and professional growth and look forward to the future.

I enjoy the diversity of our teams within Eviosys. Our different backgrounds and languages push us to communicate in a more deliberate manner, checking for understanding rather than assuming. This leads to a collaborative approach where questions are welcomed, and everyone’s idea can be heard.

I’m a Technical Services Manager in Digital Technology. I transferred to Eviosys from Crown as part of the acquisition of the business by KPS. The purchase has been a fantastic opportunity to modernise our IT systems. The knowledge of the existing European team has been complimented by the skills of new recruits. Technology will only take you so far, the people make the real difference.
