We currently have a vacancy for a Production Manager in our factory in Alcochete/Portugal.

Mission

Management and operationalization of the entire factory litography process, in order to fulfill production plans timely and in accordance with quality parameters.

Main duties

Management and operationalization of the Metal Preparation Center (MPC) department;

Comply with and enforce safety and environmental rules, in accordance with the rules implemented in the company;

Coordinate the preparation of MPC manufacturing programs in accordance with the needs communicated Logistics and respective manufacturing orders;

Analyse the performance of equipment and labour and decide and monitor the implementation of improvements;

Analyse and monitor department indicators (efficiency, spoilage, etc.);

Observe, analyse, criticize and make proposals for corrective measures, with a view to optimizing processes;

Ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards;

Ensures that the department complies with QEHS system procedures and work instructions;

Comply with the Food Safety standards in force at the company.

Your profile

Higher Education Degree

Experience in the role, or similar, over 5 years, preferably in a multinational environment

Fluent in English

Computer skills, such as Office and SAP
