About this opportunity

We are looking for a Closures Project Engineer based in our Asturias Plant,  to support the implementation and supervision of the department's duties, organizational management, procedures, and protocols, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the department in accordance with production planning and quality and manufacturing standards.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Support the Closures Production Manager
• Supervise Production
• Contribute to Process Improvement

The jobholder will promote a Culture of Excellence based in a safety, health, food hygiene, and environmental responsibility.

Drive Operational Efficiency: Ensure the achievement of production targets and objectives within a high-volume production.

Lead and Support the Team: Facilitate effective team coordination through clear communication and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the attainment of established goals.

About you

You are an Industrial Engineer, with experience minimum of 3 years, preferably in the industry sector. A fluent level in spoken and written English is essential for this post, in addition to Spanish.

Results-oriented professional with a strong focus on timely decision-making, priority setting, and problem-solving. Proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make sound judgments under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strategic thinker with a strong ability to identify critical issues, set priorities, and drive results through effective problem-solving.
