Job Description

• Production planning, follow-up and reporting of work outputs in Easy Open End line and ensuring the efficient operation of the department to which it is connected,
• Carrying out / having carried out, developing, planning and documenting periodic (weekly, monthly, annual) and preventive / preventive maintenance activities of production machines.
• Carrying out cost and business development orientated efficiency projects in production processes,
• Analysing the product and workflow, carrying out and following up improvement works,
• To carry out activities to increase quality and efficiency by planning the manpower, machinery and materials required to obtain the production in the desired time, quantity and quality. 
• To follow the realised daily production reports periodically together with the production plans, to take measures in case of deviation from the plan,
• To assist in the preparation and implementation of production programmes, to ensure that measures are taken for deviations from the plan,
• To ensure that processes are examined and standard procedures are applied,

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities, 
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in the metal packaging industry,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Open to learning, teamwork, team management and co-operation,
• To be meticulous about occupational health and safety issues,
• Careful, attentive, disciplined and prone to teamwork,
• To be able to lead, to have organisational skills,
• Result orientated and prone to teamwork,
• Adopting safe working and respect for the environment as a principle,
• Since our factory is located in Karacabey, residing in the western part of Nilüfer/Bursa district,
