Supply Chain Manager

About this opportunity

Your work environment : You will be based at the Mansfield manufacturing site in North Nottinghamshire, looking after the Supply Chain function at site and also our sister site in Carlisle.  Both sites manufacture promotional metal packaging and are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage the supply chain function at both sites.

Your mission in Eviosys

In this role, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Director, with daily responsibility to the Plant Managers at Mansfield and Carlisle.  You will be leading the team in charge of production planning and warehousing, ensuring material and component availability.

• Manage the work of the team members to ensure a good running department
• Supervise the preparing and conducting of regular meetings between sales and production to ensure on-time delivery (PSI) in the most effective way 
• Ensure the implementation of supply agreements (OTIF) as well as compliance of specified internal and external controls and continuous development of all supply chain processes
• Manage the budget and track all relevant key performance indicators (KPI) for supply chain
• Work collaboratively with the manufacturing and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are achieved
• Participate in projects at the site and around the business when required

About you
You have a minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management in a complex industrial environment. With strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills, you value teamwork and respect for people.

The ability to work effectively cross-functional organisations with the skill to develop and coach direct reports. 

You have a continuous improvement mindset with creative thinking, problem solving and sound decision making competencies. Have the ability to provide analysis and insight to complex data.

You will be confident to travel to other Eviosys sites and our customers when the need arise.

Proven experience in using ERP systems. You are fluent in English.

This is a permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
