Mission

Under general supervision of the region Finance Director, this role oversees France & Benelux financial operations and reporting.
It mainly involves: 
- to ensure organization compliance with laws, regulations & corporate policies
- to provide timely and accurate financial information to key stakeholders
- to serve as an indispensable partner on topics requiring economic and financial inputs and expertise 
- to seek for ever more effective methodologies or internal processes to gain effectiveness and competitive advantages over competitors 

- In the absence of the Finance Director, shall have the delegated authority to deal with some of the concerns of the business. 

Main Activities
Ensure that internal control is effective, and decisions are taken in line with the company policies. Performs Sox Audits and Balance Sheets reviews. 

Maintain accurate financial records, enforcing compliance with IFRS accounting principles and corporate accounting policies and guidelines

Perform month end closing central analysis such as inventory Net Realisable Value test / Packaging Inventory reconciliation / Working Capital analysis.

Analyse the monthly financial results of Eviosys Packaging France & Benelux and prepare the monthly consolidated management financial statements

Participate in the preparation of the annual Operating Plan and quarterly rolling forecasts, in line with deadlines and requirements, providing a realistic scenario whilst identifying any factors which would cause serious deviation from the forecast.
Contribute to achieve region goals and objectives in preparing, developing, and analysing key financial information to support decision making to ensure Eviosys Packaging France & Benelux financial performance improvement, whilst providing high quality support to Finance Director and Region management team. 
Coordinate with other functions to optimise the effectiveness of the regional financial teams.

Oversee all financial aspects of the company in France Centre including forecasts and reports.

Serves as a liaison between Finance Director and plant controllers.

Ensure interco price policy is applied properly.

Review and approve Capex and Expense PAR of the regions in line with corporate guidance. Monitor the annual Capex allocation spend. Create some central Expense PARs.

Assists in implementation of improvement tools, methodologies and processes for reporting and forecasting methods, as well as controlling.

Ensure polyvalence with the region commercial controller.

Gain a deep understanding of the Plant Controller role.

Performs additional related duties as assigned.
