Job scope
Within the company policies procedures and local work instructions the jobholder will be responsible for co-ordinating, monitoring and controlling all production scheduling activities at Nocera factory, balancing production capacities and inventory levels with customer demands and service expectations.
Main duties
1. Plant Production planning in according to the Supply Chain Director in order to minimize stock level and production cost
2. Definition of the weekly shift pattern in collaboration with Plant manager and Supply chain manager
3. Work orders management: WO raising, scheduling
4. Assure the Raw metal supply for respecting the weekly production plan
5. Support inventory management
6. Daily report on production and analyses of the variation compared to STD: interface with Plant Manager and Production
7. Organization of warehousing and transport to the customer
8. Support in standing data management: item definition, BOM, Routing
Key result areas
The job holder will be responsible for an effective short-term production scheduling according to Central Planning direction and customers requirements; he will be in charge of the co-ordination and day-to-day communication of all site scheduling and finished stock control activities; He will engender pro-active relationships within Plant functions at European and sister-site level where applicable

Job requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in logistic preferably gained within the manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of ERP system and methodologies in data analysis (knowledge of JDE or equivalent would be advantageous)
• Fluent Italian and English; French would be useful to facilitate working in an international environment
