Long Description

Main Challenges

You will guarantee the quality of technical support provided to clients:

Provide advice and recommendations to customers for seaming equipment’s and technology
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities on seamers and cappers at the customer premises together with your CTS engineers.
Define the maintenance and service plan for our key customers.
Support our intelligent online seaming monitors installed at our customers.
Responsible for customer double seaming specifications.
Carry out trials at customer premises.
Support the company in case of customer claims and development programs.
Develop and maintain network with customers.
Organize training seamers /cappers courses for customers.
Co-operate closely with country commercial department and CTS administrator.
Acquisition of potential customers for our service.

Your profile

The future CTS Supervisor will operate with a high level of autonomy across our network and being comfortable working across a broad range of European Countries.

You should be fluent in Dutch and English. With an excellent People Skills (Internal and externally), you are used to evolve in a technically demanding role within critical Market Sectors.
