We are currently looking for our future Commercial Manager Benelux to be based in Puurs-Sint-Amands, Belgium. 

Main purpose:
Reporting to the Commercial Director Food West Europe, you will be responsible for:  
-  the development, performance, implement and maintenance of the commercial processes of 
   Eviosys to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service for the company.
- provide sales plan for customer accounts, executed as validated and achieve sales target as    
   determined by Commercial Director Food West Europe.

Main Challenges: 
You will develop, improve and manage all commercial processes of the organization, with a documented and systematic approach. This is to achieve maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization:
•    Manage negotiations, conclude and sign contracts with customer in accordance with the company’s strategy.
•    Ensure a high level of understanding of the customer market.  Manage / analyse customers’ accounts, identifying opportunities for “new” enhance margins. Customers & markets portfolio insight.
•    Maintain regular, high level contacts with customer through regular visits/contact.
•    Handles commercial claims and negotiates with customer for mutually beneficial solutions to ensure protection of both the company’s and the customers’ interests, maintaining good business relationships.
•    Develop & implement a sales plan.  Fully involved in the budgeting and forecasting processes.  Accurate forecasting to minimise inventories and eliminate waste.
•    Cost saving projects and opportunities
•    Ensure commitments made to customer are monitored and fulfilled throughout the lifetime of the contract.
•    Prepare and commit on customers’ forecasts on a monthly basis
•    Monitor revision of sales forecasts to ensure optimum utilisation of opportunities and minimisation of loss due to negative fluctuation in demand.
•    Monitor and controls customer credit balances to optimise cash situation, increase cash flow and improve profitability.  Ensures that payments are made in due time.  
•    Important requirement to work closely within the commercial organization, but also to link with the CTS team in order to support customers and deliver objectives.

Your profile: 
Operating with a high level of autonomy across our network and able to work effectively in cross-functional organisations. 
Have good communication skills.  Have strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Have a good understanding of the can, end and closures making processes. 
You’re a problem solver, fast decision maker, analytical.
Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
