Long Description

REPORTS TO: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER BENELUX

MAIN PURPOSE:

Be the deputy to the Supply Chain Manager in order to contribute actively to developing an effective Sales Administration & Supply Chain function locally. Key accountabilities:
-   Managing directly a set of customers from a demand management point of view, on each of the product lines (Food, Closures, Very Sensitive Products) – Estimated time allowance: 30-40% max.
-   Being gradually able to manage indirectly (back-up) any existing Benelux customer, whatever the product line they refer to (Food, Closures, Very Sensitive Products)
-   Engendering pro-active relationships within the team of responsibility and building internal recognition as a referent, being able to deploy new projects/processes/tools within the team
-   Ensuring an effective interaction with European sister plants & other Eviosys teams/functions
-   Ensuring effective control for demand management, finished goods & components procurement, distribution planning, and inventory management
-   Ensuring good adherence to Company procedures/guidance defined at Eviosys or Regional level.

PROFILE

- Theoretical background and knowledge in Supply Chain (Demand & Planning)
- Supply Chain experience in a complex industrial environment (5 – 7 years)
- Advanced technical background in IT systems (demand & planning systems and office package)
- Be fluent in Dutch, English and French.
- Project Management abilities
- Ability to work in large structures, within defined processes & business rules
- Leadership, organizational & inter-personal communication skills.
- Team player.
