Your mission in Eviosys

We are seeking a highly-motivated individual, looking to work in a challenging and international environment as a member of our consolidation team. 
The role reports to the consolidation manager and is based in Saint-Ouen. 
This position will work with the global finance teams to support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness. 

Responsibilities :

Review reporting packages from subsidiaries and ensure their compliance with the Group Financial Accounting Policy and produce detailed analysis of BS accounts, cash and non-cash flows
Prepare consolidating topside entries for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting according to IFRS
Preparation of the consolidation of rolling forecasts and budgets
Work alongside the Central Controlling team with frequent interaction with the Finance Shared Services teams and Plant Controllers
Involvement in the preparation of Group interim and annual financial statements under IFRS including communication with external auditors
Responsible for the Group reporting process for Employee Benefits including reviewing actuarial reports and instructing subsidiaries bookings
Responsible for the application used to control Capital Investments and Restructuring programs including reconciling to the financial reporting
Supervise consolidation trainees and participate in their recruitment
Assist with special projects including OneStream improvements, and implementation of changes in IFRS
Opportunity to travel to plants to perform Internal Controls testing and Balance Sheet reviews
Train finance department colleagues on accounting policies and use of tools

About you:

You have professional experience of 3-4 years in consolidation within a consolidation team or a consulting firm, or as an auditor, with a good knowledge of a consolidation tool such as OneStream. 
You have solid accounting skills including up to date knowledge of IFRS and consolidation techniques. An accounting qualification will be a significant plus.
Relational skills are more than essential to be able to evolve in the Eviosys environment, which is very demanding and dynamic at the same time. 
You have the ability to synthesize information and have good written and presentation skills. You are rigorous, committed and concerned about confidentiality. 
You have the desire meet the challenges and deadlines fixed by top management.
Your written and spoken English is fluent.
