About this Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Projects & Process Engineer to join our Central Engineering Team at our largest Aerosol Packaging plant based in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. (UK)

 

The job holder will have responsibility for the full planning and execution of site capital projects and general site maintenance projects (C&A) within the production departments. Additionally, it involves preparing and managing budgets for individual capital projects and ensuring compliance with the annual approved site capital budget.

 

The successful candidate will ensure all projects are safely delivered into production, adhering to strict deadlines and in compliance with current health and safety legislation.
Strong project management and organisational skills are essential for this multifaceted role, as are excellent problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic, hands-on technical approach. A commitment to driving and implementing continuous improvement is key, along with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

 

Being a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levels is equally critical to success in this position.
