About this opportunity

Your mission in Eviosys

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to join a multinational organization, with the ability to provide worldwide opportunities. The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the plant management team and will lead and develop all aspects of site quality. You will ensure that the highest quality and customer service standards are met and maintained, whilst developing and driving improvements in this area and across the plant. You ensure a customer-focused, quality mind-set that ensures the delivered quality of finished goods and incoming raw materials.

As the Quality Manager for Eviosys Aerosols UK, reporting to the Plant Manager, with functional responsibility to UK Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the site quality and compliance procedures.  
You will work collaboratively with the manufacturing team using quality and problem-solving tools to improve the site quality performance and culture of continuous improvement. 

  • Manage the interface between customer quality functions and develop long term quality improvement plans with key customers. 
  • Lead BRC, ISO, FSCC & SMETA customer audits with the support of the quality team, manages supplier trials and controls legal responsibilities with regards to materials and procedures.
  • Implement the Quality roadmap as defined by the company
  • Lead all Quality and Food Safety activities by detailing and deploying the annual quality improvement plan
  • Makes sure safety, environmental and food safety rules are strictly respected
  • Sets objectives for the department, with direct management of Quality team of 5.
  • Manage all core business documentation from FMEA through Controls Plans to Monitoring with Audits and closing the loop with problem solving

About you

  • You will be a Quality professional with 3 years’ experience in managing quality in a FMCG manufacturing environment ideally with experience of managing a small team and six sigma practices.
  • The ability to work effectively in cross-functional organisations with the skill to develop and coach direct reports.  
  • You will be confident to travel to our customers when the needs arise and quickly build strong relationships with their quality and technical teams.
  • You are quality and customer oriented with a positive can-do attitude.  You are a self-starter, with excellent organisation and communication skills. You have advanced proficiency in computer operation is essential and experience in use of data analysis software is desirable.
