Covering 45 manufacturing plants we provide systems to manage the entire business landscape from research and development through procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales, as well as supporting functions including HR and finance.


Our capabilities include Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Application Maintenance, and Support, Infrastructure Management, Cyber Security, and a range of enablement functions for IT including Budgeting, Finance, Vendor Management, and Governance.

 

EDT is currently undertaking an ambitious transformation programme that will see the deployment of many innovative technologies covering everything from SAP S4/HANA, Software Defined Networking, Cloud Computing, Azure Analytics, ServiceNow and many other leading IT solutions.
 

About the role

The IT Partner Relationship Manager will be influential in our external IT Partner network. Driving relationships, strategy, performance, and governance. With a cloud-first, partner-led approach, you will be responsible for ensuring our partnerships consistently deliver value and align with our digital evolution, effectively delivering the business outcomes Eviosys are after, securing the best value, and the catalyst for continuous improvement.

 

Additionally, you will oversee the lifecycle of IT partner contracts, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment with Eviosys' objectives and standards.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for fostering and developing key relationships with our Partners. Ensuring everyone’s aligned and maximising business value; understanding the value of what a good relationship looks like.
  • Lead on IT partner management strategies and governance policies, integrating innovation and agility. 
  • Manage the lifecycle of IT Partner contract management: collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders. From sourcing to service owners, corporate finance to audit teams, ensuring every supplier aligns with Eviosys digital evolution and holding everyone accountable. 
  • Drive the performance of our key IT partners, harmonising service-level agreements and the measuring and reporting of agreements, ensuring contractual agreements are being delivered as per the required business outcomes.
  • Responsible for the IT Partner portfolio, guiding it through demand planning with a changing landscape. Working with the Eviosys Sourcing IT Commodity Lead, to ensure we have the right services, at the right time in parallel to optimising the external IT spend.
  • Lead key Partner management tasks and facilitate decisions forward both internally and externally, coordinating with system, service owners, senior management, and partners to ensure progress.
  • Support the product leads with realising the full potential of all our IT partners, focusing on elevating the value they bring to Eviosys. 
  • Manage the IT delivery landscape, ensuring adherence to defined standards. Support the intricacies of Eviosys' equivalent to Sarbanes Oxley and the ISO governance procedures with finesse.
  • Lead the Partner Network, ensuring a seamless execution of Eviosys IT partner strategies.
     

Key Skills

Essential 

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management within diverse environments, and a proven track record of successfully building, managing, and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in navigating and working within complex IT partner networks, especially in environments where outsourcing is preferred, with experience leading partners through large-scale business IT transformation initiatives.
  • Substantial experience in IT Contracting, overseeing partners to deliver on contractual commitments and successful implementation of performance improvement programs, where required.
  • Proven ability to interpret business requirements and effectively translate them into comprehensive statements of work and terms of service.
  • Sound working knowledge of procurement frameworks, including awareness of associated issues, risks, governance, compliance, assurance, and legal processes. With experience in drafting various legal documents, such as NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Knowledge of partners' performance measurement reporting and associated processes
  • Understanding of product environments and their implications on partner contract management.
  • Ability to define policies related to partner engagement and provide guidance to others.
  • Demonstrated capability to foster an innovative culture, collaborating with partners for co-creating value across service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in taking ownership of complex problems and demonstrating a proactive approach to seek effective resolutions.
