As the PQA you will work at the heart of the manufacturing operation, where you will be supporting the site in producing for our customers by providing first-hand quality & technical support, ensuring site compliance in day-to-day tasks.

About this opportunity

We are looking to recruit a Process Quality Analyst on shift in our manufacturing facility in Wisbech.

The Process Quality Analyst will support all Quality Assurance activities on all the manufacturing lines, reporting to the Quality Manager of the Plant. The role is part of the overall Quality team onsite.

You will understand customer quality requirements and manufacturing specifications and provide sound and prompt advice to team members, managers, and site leadership team via analysis of quality data and trends. You and the quality team will ensure the product remains within critical control parameters. Your role is critical in continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to quality control systems and standards.

You Mission

  • Ensure that all critical control parameters are maintained within specification.
  • Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to supply a quality, finished product to the customer.
  • Identify high-risk activities or events that may impact product quality and analyse emerging trends.
  • Work proactively with the manufacturing teams, whilst using your own initiative to resolve quality-related concerns.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and be a point of contact for all internal or external stakeholders for quality concerns.
  • Work flexibly in any work area of the factory, observing site safety procedures at all times.

Shift Pattern and Compensation

Rotating 2 weekly Shifts.  Potential Salary 36,000 per annum

Week 1  Monday to Thursday 06.00 to 14.00.  Friday 06.00 to 11.30.

Week 2  Monday to Thursday 14.00 to 22.00.  Friday 11.30 to 17.00.
